You will support our organisation's efforts to achieve ISO27001 certification. As an internal auditor, you will be responsible for planning, conducting, and reporting on internal audits to assess the organization's information security management system (ISMS) against the requirements of the ISO27001 standard. You will work closely with the project team and provide recommendations for improving the ISMS to meet certification requirements. You will have strong communication and analytical skills, attention to detail, and an understanding of the information security management system framework. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Audit Compliance: Develop an internal audit program and schedule to cover all applicable ISO27001 requirements and conduct regular audits to assess compliance with ISO 27001 standards and best security practices. 

• Policy Evaluation: Conduct thorough, objective audits of the organisation's ISMS, including policies, procedures, processes, and controls to ensure effectiveness and adherence to ISO 27001 requirements. 

• Gap Identification: Identify gaps, nonconformities, and areas for improvement in the information security management system (ISMS). 

• Reporting: Prepare comprehensive audit reports detailing audit findings, recommendations, and corrective actions. Liaise with the certification body and support the external audit process. 

• Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to follow up on corrective and preventive actions to address audit issues. Provide guidance and training to process owners on ISO27001 audit requirements.  

• Stay-Informed: Stay informed about updates to ISO 27001 standards and industry best practices.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field. 

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience conducting internal audits, preferably in information security management systems.

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Accounting, Business Administration or any related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Finance reporting/Global Performance Reporting and Analysis, with at least 5 years in a leadership position.
• Intensive exposure and in-depth understanding of finance operations and financial data.
• Experience in preparation of presentations/analytics/reporting to senior executives and Board.

What will you do?

Reporting to the CFO, the Head of Performance Reporting and Analysis will standardize performance reporting for Functional business teams. The role involves gathering routine information, standardizing formats, and delivering them on time to key stakeholders. You will also contribute to the CPU data project, implementing Power BI across the business.

Reporting Standardization and Strategy:

• Lead the standardization of performance reporting formats across functional business teams.

The T&E Analyst is an integral member of the US Reinsurance Finance team and supports Arch’s T&E policies, system and processes. As a key member of the Strategic Analytics team, you will advance our data engineering capabilities helping the team analyze data faster.  

• Work closely with predictive modelers to assemble large, complex data sets that help solve business problems and increase profitability
• Perform data manipulation and transformation using SQL and Python
• Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements: automating manual processes and optimizing data pipelines

The position is responsible for operational support and management for operating system patching activities covering the global user workstation landscape.

This position will require deep analytical thinking with the ability to combine security related information from multiple data sources and using that data to determine deployment methods and timelines for software patches, registry updates, and other security related configurations.  The Engineer will work with business units to plan and coordinate the patching activities with a focus on minimizing business impact during the event and ensuring systems are returned to optimal state after patching activities have been completed.

In addition to patch management functions the team will also be responsible for the entire system lifecycle related to compliance which will include hardening for system builds, ongoing CIS standards, and compliance related configuration management.

This position will require working during business offer hours and weekends in order to minimize impact during the patching events.

• Develop and optimize pre- and post- patching process to ensure proper implementation without any outages.
• Evaluate patches based on risks and prioritize fixes in order to meet pre-determined deployment timelines for the patch risk level.
• Coordinate patch schedule with business units and other internal teams such as infrastructure management, security operations, governance & risk.
• Have the ability to create deployment patch packages using tools such as ManageEngine Patch Manager Plus, SCCM, WSUS, SolarWinds Patch Manager.
• Ensure patches are deployed and tested in pilot groups prior to full deployment to all user systems.
• Able to remediate vulnerabilities. Often, requiring fixes beyond system patches, which could include items like changing registry values, firewall changes, and other configuration items.
• Assist in the process for vulnerability and patch management ensuring they are compatible with the company's business needs and strategic objectives.
• Research, evaluate, develop, design and implement patch remediation standards following industry best practices
• Develop and implement patch and vulnerability remediation process including package creation, testing and deployment
