Responsibilities

The Application Developer is responsible for developing, documenting, and supporting internal and standard Cosmos dashboard using industry standard tools within company’s system. Follow definition of done and process around Azure DevOps.

Tasks

• Develop, maintain, and perform unit testing of internal reports and Cosmos (standard and complex).
• Execute and interpret SQL/Snowflake queries. If needed, update data source query based on the client’s requirement.
• Transfer of pilot data onto portfolio monitoring platform for prospective client demonstrations, identifying the visuals based on the type of data set.
• Follow Definition of Done and process around Azure DevOps.
• Log time entries in NetSuite for BAU, change request, and other development activities.

Investor solutions, in addition to providing Investment Accounting services to the Private Markets Fund of Fund clients, is leveraging the state-of-the-art technology (“Cosmos”) alongside the technical expertise in delivering dynamic and transparent reporting solutions to the community.

• Monthly review and delivery of pre-agreed performance reporting for various clients’ portfolios
• Review of various analytics (Total returns, IRR, Investment multiples, DPIs, Yield on Cost etc.) before releasing to the client
• Comparison of performance against Benchmarks and providing analysis to the clients
• Production of the CIO reporting based on pre-agreed formats
• Data provision and review to third parties as per client requirements
• Provision of ad-hoc analysis of performance/quantitative reporting

The Support Analyst provides end-user support in creating documentation for recurring tasks as well as assisting the team in setting up user accounts. This person diagnoses, troubleshoots and resolves basic and moderate technical problems. This person operates under defined processes and procedures and makes decisions regarding short-term priorities and work activities requiring interpretation of guidelines, policies and procedures. The Support Analyst will work closely with our Helpdesk, Desktop Technology, and ATS teams in supporting users in general IT problems.  This is a Night Shift role.
