Responsibilities
Stakeholder  Trust & Engagement 

• Work directly with business users and stakeholders to understand the business needs and translate business requirements into detailed requirements documentation.

• Proactively reaches out to internal clients to clarify requests and debriefs to explain data insights and confirm reports

Roadmap Delivery

• May Gather and document requirements for minor/major data mart enhancements, new metrics  and new reporting product functionalities

• Supports monthly and quarterly reporting activities across production, control, distribution, and business support for Equinix's Quarterly Operating Review (QBR), DNA Insights Products, Orbis dashboards and self-service tools, and other reporting solutions

Thought Leadership

• Proactively expands the domain by identifying and defining metrics to suit the business future state​

• Continuously evaluate existing tools and processes to propose solutions to improve or simplify outcomes​

• Processes a holistic understanding of the business including where their domain sits in the wider business context and providing recommendations which aligns to wider strategic objectives​

Data Audit, Cleansing , And Analysis​

• Performs periodic audits of data within business systems/platforms​

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience on data analysis and reporting​

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management or Statistics – or equivalent​

• Strong experience in using Excel to do advanced data analysis​

• Experience with BI/reporting Tools (i.e. Tableau, Power BI)​

• Strong experience in database tools such as SQL, Oracle 

• Strong data analytic skills: able to clearly link financial results to operational performance drivers, generate alternatives and drive positive change​

• Fundamental operational control mindset, proactive in understanding the data and able to deliver accurate insights behind the movement and correlation of data sets​

• Demonstrate keen attention to data quality and accuracy details and practical application of data manipulation best practices​

About the Role

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develops, negotiates and secures Management sign-off of   Service Agreements with Partners including the service scope, expected output, costs and service levels. 
• Amends the Service Agreements as may be necessary due to changing business requirements.
• Ensures that services covered by the Service Agreements are measured and reported to BPI AIA in a timely and regular manner following the agreed formats and supported by transaction details.
• Tracks reports on Service Errors/ Failures received from Partners, Customers and BSEs and ensures that these are closed and resolved with the proper corrective/ preventive action steps.
• Analyzes  reports on actual  Service Level performance and Service Errors/ Failures,   raises gaps and issues to SSM Head and BPI AIA Management,  determines adequacy of measures taken  by Partners and recommends proper course of action to SSM Head and BPI AIA Management.
• Conducts Weekly or Bi Monthly Coordination Meeting with Process Owners/Vendors to discuss reported issues, status and action steps to avoid possible recurrence of the same problem.
• Liaises with partner’s Account Manager or person in charge to ensure timely and successful delivery of all solutions related to service related issues with the objective of meeting customers’ need and providing support to sales force.
• Initiates projects to help improve the service delivery to customers and sales force from development of financial assumptions and business case, project defense, secures approval from all concerned units, project set-up, implementation and attainment of target results.
• Develops capacity planning together with the Shared Services Data Analytics Officer using projected sales volume to ensure that required headcount is in place to deliver the required service and meet the target service level.
• Conducts quarterly review with service providers to assess the quality of the services being rendered and identify areas for improvement and opportunities for improving controls.
• Develops and manages the communication internally as well as with bank partners, AIA PH and other vendors in coordinating the service enhancements, new projects and other activities related to service delivery.
• Development and Sign-off of Service Level Agreement with partners and vendors Attainment of service levels by Partners/ Compliance of other Service KPIs Completion of service reports/ studies on schedule Resolution of Services Issues/ Gaps Completion of regular cadence with service providers Completion of Quarterly Review with service providers

Minimum Job Requirements:

• Graduate 4- or 5-year course in Business, Management or other relevant fields
• At least 5 years of work experience preferably with shared services or audit role or other similar field.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding on process design and control, can read effectively data and reports
• In-depth knowledge of escalation procedures, incident management and other disciplines related to service management
  • With experience in dealing with third party service providers

About the Role

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conducts of agency meetings, leaders’ meetings, performance review meetings, business planning, career orientation programs, training programs, management programs, and planning sessions as required by the sector and agencies under the sector.

About the Role

About the Role

Roles and Responsibilities:

• In charge with ADA enrollment report to help ensure collection of subsequent premiums of clients. Provides sales the ADA enrollment report per division monthly so that appropriate action can be taken for policies with unenrolled ADA via BPI microsite.
• Create Weekly Reinstatement Suspense Report per division to provide the sales team a single view of those reinstatable policies with payment but with pending requirements. This will help sales achieve their target persistency target.
• In charge with budget allocation and budget forecasting for Shared Services Management department.
• In charge with SSA billing validation to ensure correct charging for operations related services rendered.
• Provide timely and accurate reports that will support business units in achieving operational SLA and ANP target such as SSM Mancom Report, MLPP Report, Sales Digital Journey Scorecard for coffee closing, and other reports that may be required.
• Work with SSM team members on the assessment of the Shared Services Management‘s Key Operational Risks on a monthly basis in collaboration with all the team members, if still within or above the set risk appetite level. Work with the team for the monthly FURMM report and meeting as well as coordinate with all stakeholders to attend the FURMM session.
• Handle all departmental reports and ensure timely delivery such as Mancom Report, BPI Monthly Business Review Report, BDM Monthly Meeting Report, FURMM, etc.
