Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Project Management Assistance and utilizing PM tools to track deadlines and deliverables. 

2. Create and maintain financial audits and reporting

• Sale refunds, chargebacks, and credits to identifiy mistakes 
• Weekly sales scorecard per channel to compare costs and revenue and identify gaps. 
• Routined monthly data entry from various sources for already built models 
• Inventory reporting 

3. Write professional emails and correspondence to clients, partners, and internal team members. 

4. Maintain clear and effective communication to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 2-3 years of experience as a Data Analyst
• At least 1 year of experience in Project Management.
• Ability to organize tasks, manage priorities, and ensure multiple projects are on track and meet deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration and follow-up.
• Google Suite experience is required with knowledge of building tables, graphs, formulas, and data validation.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting and analysis.
• NetSuite experience is strongly preferred, but open see if experience in other ERPs are transferable.

About the Role
