As a Policy Governance specialist within the Center of Excellence (PGA), your primary responsibility will be to develop, implement, and govern policies and procedures that ensure compliance, consistency, and best practices across the organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to establish policy frameworks, review and update policies, and ensure adherence to policy requirements. This role requires strong knowledge of policy management, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

The AQUA SOLUTIONS MANAGER (ASM) is responsible for generating volume and sustainable growth of Pilmico’s aqua feed, both in the Finfish and Shrimp segment. He/She should be on top in the management, execution and monitoring of all sales, technical and business aspect of Aqua Feeds ensuring sales leadership in the market. He/She is responsible for enrollment of new accounts and managing a healthy, profitable and sustainable business for each account.

ASM is also responsible in giving technical assistance to the customers to ensure business growth, sustainability and profitability that will redound to Pilmico’s brand value.

Price tagging of the displayed products if allowed, or install shelf price tag.

Ensure price is correct and align with the stores retail price.Highlight promotions and marketing efforts by installing Point of Purchase materials provided if allowed.

Ensure shelves and / or Mass Display is well stocked.Bad Order / nearing expiration products must be documented with the store or reported to the Client and returned to the bodega / warehouse stored properly for pick up.

Make inventory reports whenever required by the store or by the Coordinator, inventory must be 100% accurate.

Make sure meat transformation are correct based on standards.Suggest and process re-orders if allowed.

• Accounting Supervisor
  • Responsible for the thorough, accurate and timely generation of Division Financial Statements. Provides financial insights of the division operations which may lead to profit optimization.
• Senior Finance Analyst 
  • Responsible for assisting the Finance Manager in preparing financial analyses, forecasts, and valuation studies for use in the development of financial and operational business decisions.
• Accounts Payable Specialist 
  • Responsible for thorough, accurate and timely processing of all invoices and/or employee-related non-payroll payments in accordance with the relevant policies, procedures, guidelines, and service level agreements (SLA) of APSSC. 
• Accounts Receivables
  • Responsible for ensuring accurate recording, analyzing, reporting, and reconciliation of all trade accounts receivables of PILMICO Foods Corporation. 
• General Ledger 
  • Responsible for analyzing detailed summary of company’s accounts, ensuring completeness, accuracy and integrity of company’s books on a Month to Date and Year to Date basis.

The General Ledger Analyst is responsible for analyzing detailed summary of company’s accounts, ensuring completeness, accuracy and integrity of company’s books on a Month to Date and Year to Date basis.

• General Accounting
  • Update and reconcile subsidiary ledger of Balance Sheet accounts.
  • Assists GL Supervisor on the preparation of schedules for interim and year-end financial audit.
  • Assists GL Supervisor on the preparation of MTD and YTD financial report/schedules requested by Internal and External Customers.
  • Prepares MTD and YTD notes to financial statements.
  • Ensures proper charging, accuracy and completeness of financial transactions on MTD and YTD closing of company books.
• Profit and Loss
  • Update and reconcile subsidiary ledger of Income and Expense accounts.
  • Prepares monthly and yearly analysis on the movement of various Income and Expense accounts.
  • Prepares adjusting entries pertaining to reclassification of accounts.
  • Perform tasks as assigned by PNL Accountant/Division Accountant.
• Inventory and Fixed Assets
  • Assist in the monthly & yearly inventory and asset count (Farms, Meats, and Feedmill).
• Other Responsibilities
  • Actively participate in all company programs and activities as well as provide support, when necessary, under quality improvement, safety & security, sustainability, corporate social responsibility, risk management etc.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Retail system transactions

• Performs in SAP the receiving of Purchase Orders (POs)
• Performs in SAP the Sales Journal (SJ) or dispatches from each store
• Performs in SAP the Stock Transport Order (STO) from/ to TMM, External Warehouses, Tollers, and Retail stores
• Stores includes but not limited to the following: Robinsons, We Shop, Puregold, Waltermart, Merry Mart, Ayagold, Every Minute

2. TGM system transactions

• Performs in SAP the STO from/ to TGM-owned stores. Extracts data from the Prepared Dispatch Report (PDR) as the basis for the system transactions.
• Performs in SAP the Transformation in all TGM-owned stores. Extracts data from the Transformation Report as the basis for the system transactions. 
• Performs in SAP the SLOC to SCLO between TGM stores. Extracts data from the Transfer Adjustment file as the basis for the system transactions. 
• Performs in SAP the free samples given by TGM stores. Uses the Transfer Adjustment file as well as the basis for this.
• TGM-owned stores includes but not limited to the following: TGM Libis, TGM Visayas, TGM Paranaque, TGM Las Pinas, TGM Lima Batangas

3. TMM system transactions

• Performs in SAP the items condemned in TMM. Ensures that the Condemnation list and report are the ones approved by an Executive, at least.
• Performs in SAP the drip losses incurred in all TGM stores. Basis would be the PDR as well, and the signed Pilmico Meats Dispatch Report (MDR).
• Performs in SAP the drip losses incurred in all Retail stores. Basis would be the PDR.
• Performs in SAP the donations and free samples given by TMM. Ensures that the Donation and Free samples list are the ones approved by a Manager, at least.

4. Prepares and presents for the Weekly Attainment report to the immediate Team Leader and flag variances or risk

5. Immediately escalates concerns in not achieving system transactions (e.g., lacking operational reports, item code concerns, PO-PR concerns).

6. Collaborates with the source departments of the operational reports/ data needed in order to transact in SAP.

7. Collaborates with the stakeholders for any reconciliations needed with the transactions made in SAP.

8. Performs SAP transactions related to Transport Management. Prepares SOTC, STC, TM and FSD in SAP. Consequently, validates and processes billings from Trucking Partners.
