About the Opportunity

The Philippines Technical and Policy Reform Lead will:

Client Management 

• Manage IW’s engagement with the Australian Embassy in the Philippines:  
  • Promoting and supporting strong linkages between IW and Post.
  • Provide the Embassy with current and relevant information relating to program implementation and provide entry points for enhanced knowledge sharing with other DFAT programs.
  • Work with the Embassy to identify public diplomacy opportunities to build DFAT’s private sector relationships, advance DFAT’s bilateral policy reform agendas, and create opportunities for DFAT dialogue on contemporary gender issues with key actors.

• Develop and implement the Company’s Health and Wellness program
• Conduct health information, instruction, and training programs to key internal and external health stakeholders
• Ensures that the site clinic is administered in accordance with established medical and nursing policies and procedures to include but not limited to delivery of first aid and specialist referral services, conduct of routine health examinations (APE), maintenance of accurate and confidential medical records and reports, and proper maintenance of clinic supplies and equipment.
• Support the Company’s effort to mitigate the health impact of its activities in the communities in which it operates. Linking to sustainable development, social performance management and license to operate plans and activities. Support health initiatives of the Company’s CSR team on health
• Participate in site health audits and reviews as required
• Participate in occupational health competency development and training programs for health personnel
• Work as a team together with the entire QESH team in the implementation of health related team objectives and targets
• Performs administrative and other functions as required such as: preparation and administration of OPEX/CAPEX for the Company, prepare and submit health reports, among others
• Support in the overall implementation of QESH initiatives insuring alignment with the overall health strategy
• Perform other duties and tasks that may be assigned from time to time

Qualification Requirements:
- Registered Nurse
- At least one year work related experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

About the Role

• Champion and drive Agency Activation and Productivity and works in collaboration with Home Office for Premier Advisor Development
• Enable Agency Leaders to drive activation in their own agencies / units through Sales Builder, and support Leader Development through Business Reviews

MedCore Solutions, the Medical Division of Bizforce, is seeking a skilled Prior Authorization Specialist to join our growing team. The Prior Authorization Specialist we be primarily responsible for obtaining all types of prior authorizations. These prior authorizations will include biologic medications, procedures, prescriptions and out-patient testing. The position will require professional and courteous interaction with patients, pharmaceutical representatives, providers, pharmacies and insurance carriers to accurately obtain the required information to process prior authorizations.

Responsibilities

• Review and process prior authorization requests for medical services, procedures, and medications
• Verify insurance (pharmacy) information and eligibility
• Handle patient inquiries regarding authorizations
• Provide necessary prior authorization documentation to patients for completion and signature. Review all forms for completeness and accuracy.
• Accurately document all patient, pharmacy and insurance carrier interactions in EMR.
• Coordinate with healthcare providers and insurance companies to obtain necessary authorizations
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of authorization requests and approvals
• Collaborate with medical billing team to resolve any issues or denials
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance guidelines and procedures
• Complete other tasks as assigned by providers through EMR/EHR
• Copy, fax and mail documents and information as requested by insurance carrier
• Schedule follow-up appointments, biologic injections and photodynamic therapy treatments
• Assist pathology department with notifying patients of pathology results via telephone
• Fulfill organizational responsibilities as assigned, which may include but are not limited to: respecting and promoting patient’s rights, responding appropriately to emergency situations, sharing problems relating to patients and/or staff with Care Center Leader in a timely manner
• Provide safe patient-centered, compassionate, and competent care

• Proven 3-5 years of experience as a Prior Authorization Specialist in the US Healthcare

• Strong understanding of medical billing and insurance processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

• Comfortable working in a remote, work-from-home setup
• Experience handling Physical Therapy practice/account
• Experience using Agile EMR is a bonus
• Amenable to work in a graveyard shift

The QA Representative is responsible for reviewing and publishing content on our platform. This full-time role involves ensuring the content meets high-quality standards and follows the company's guidelines. The successful candidate will be part of the Publishing Team and will report to the Onboarding and Publishing Lead.

To succeed in this role, the QA Representative should possess strong communication and organizational skills, be able to work autonomously with a proactive, flexible, resilient approach, and ideally, have a sound knowledge of well-being, mental health, and meditation practices. Please note, that this is a remote (WFH) position. We have a team based in Manila who catch up regularly so ideally you will also live in the area.

Responsibilities

The Publishing Representative will work closely with other Publishing Representatives, our Onboarding Publishing Lead and the Teacher Support Team when needed.

This role is important to ensure Insight Timer has great quality and relevant content published and featured at all times.

• Review and publish content in a timely manner, according to the company’s goals.
• Work closely with the Publishing Team to ensure we are continually and efficiently loading new and relevant content onto our platform.
• Ensure the quality of content remains at a high level: relevant topics, quality audio, well-written copy, beautiful imagery etc., and follows Insight Timer’s content guidelines and requirements.
• Review and approve new teachers who meet content guidelines.
• Effectively communicate with teachers to provide feedback on their content and guide improvements in their offerings.
• Ensuring our feature lists are constantly updated and showing high quality and relevant content from a diverse range of teachers.

• You are expected to work 40 hours per week (rotating schedule that may include weekends)
• Confidence with tools and software: Google Suite, Slack, Freshdesk
• Strong spoken and written English
• You are process driven and have a proactive, flexible, and resilient approach to changing priorities
• Have experience working remotely and autonomously
• Well organised, with strong attention to detail
• Experience reviewing and editing content (photography, text, and audio) is a bonus
