The Supply Chain Analyst will be accountable for providing support and strategic management to our supply chain consultants within a regional territory.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a supporting partner for the supply chain consultant for projects/initiatives (i.e.: supplier surveys, optimizations, RFPs, supplier sourcing, supplier forums, focus groups etc.)

This position will research and compile job postings to inform job sales outreach, track advertising sales, invoice customers, serve as quality control for job postings and advertisements, update subscription databases, respond to customer emails, and other duties as assigned.

• Run reports in Omeda

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 2 years of related administrative or data entry experience
• Google Suite (Google sheets and docs or other comparable software) proficiency is required

• English writing proficiency 
• Good Communication Skills
