• Reconciliation: Assist with monthly reconciliations of accounts payable subledger to the general ledger. Identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Expense Reports: Review and process employee expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and proper documentation.
• Compliance: Ensure all financial transactions comply with company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.
• Ad Hoc Projects: Provide support for special projects and initiatives within the Finance and Accounting department as needed.

You will be expected to do:

• Payment Tracking: Monitor and record incoming payments. Update accounts receivable records as payments are received.
• Customer Communication: Reach out to customers regarding open invoices, payment inquiries, or discrepancies. Provide exceptional customer service to resolve issues efficiently.
• Data Entry: Accurately enter financial data into accounting software and maintain organized records of transactions.
• Compliance: Ensure all financial transactions comply with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant regulations.

In this role, you will primarily be supporting Philippines as part of our IPVMC corporate communications team and deliver on all aspects of our communications programs across the markets. The successful candidate will:

• Develop communications strategies that support Visa’s business objectives and drive growth across the markets  

• Develop communications programs that demonstrate the value of Visa to everyone, everywhere

• Lead the development and delivery of informative and engaging employee communications activities including employee communications programs and staff volunteering events

• Drive Visa’s Social Impact programs in the Philippines

• Support the execution of Visa’s media relations programs across the markets including:

  • Developing the strategy and managing the execution of media engagements

  • Identifying and maximizing opportunities to enhance Visa’s profile in the media 

  • Developing content to promote Visa’s brand, technical and industry leadership, new products and services

  • Establishing and maintaining close relationships with journalists across general, business, lifestyle and technology media 

  • Ensuring spokespeople are well briefed and trained to deliver key messages

  • Ensuring Visa’s senior management are seen as trusted authorities by the local media

  • Creating opportunities for the Country Manager and other key management to obtain high, positive profiling in top tier broadcast, print and digital media 

• Provide executive communication support to the Country Manager across a variety of internal, external, client, and media communications opportunities  

• Work closely with the Marketing team to ensure corporate communications and marketing programs are aligned and a coordinated approach is being taken to leverage Visa’s assets across the markets 

• Partner with Visa’s in-market PR agency to successfully deliver communications programs across the region

• Work with the Government Engagement function to support Visa’s public policy position 

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

1. Leads the operational change requirement and management in the feed manufacturing process.

2. Designs and develops digital programs and initiatives that drive productivity and cost savings.

3. Takes the lead in the implementation of process improvements involving ERP-SAP, Data Analytics & Report Systems, Data Management, Digital Inventory Management, Project Management and other emerging technologies that gears towards Industry 4.0.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

SAP - ERP

• Acts as the lead person in the implementation of SAP related system improvements in the production department

• Trains production personnel in the operation and realization of SAP system revision and enhancement.

• Provides assistance in any SAP related concerns in the production department.

• Works with other department’s SMEs for any SAP related concerns.

Process Improvements

• Coordinates with relevant stakeholders in the implementation of the digital process improvement projects in the production department.

• Responsible for ensuring that all automation projects are well documented and undergo Risk Mitigation analysis.

• Works closely with the PMO incharge.

• Conducts training and / or  info drive to all production personnel and other stakeholders to improve awareness in relation to digital improvement projects.

• Keeps track the cost benefits of the implemented improvement projects in the production department.

Project Management

• Ensure that all projects are planned, executed and closed out in accordance with the PILMICO Project Management Office (PPMO) guidelines and processes.

• Collaborate with process owners to establish project objectives, scope, schedule, and budget.

• Present to management and ensure that goals, timelines, resources, and other information are well relayed and communicated.

• Ensure that project objectives, scope, timeline, and budget are attained.

• Timely updates to stakeholders for project status reports; completion of tasks, assessed risk, encountered issues and proposed workarounds.

Innovation

• Drive innovation engagement in the plants/facilities along with the relevant team members.

• Generate and analyze innovation performance.

• Recommend actions for improvement as necessary.

Other Tasks:

1. Actively participate in all company programs and activities under quality improvement, safety & security, sustainability, corporate social responsibility,  risk management, etc. 

2. Acts as backup shift production supervisor if needed.

3. Performs other tasks as may be assigned by the immediate superior.

This role is responsible for performing a wide range of support tasks in the meat factory - including handling, slaughtering and processing livestock, packing, operating, processing and rendering equipment, warehousing and dispatching products.  He/ she is required to comply with all personnel safety, food safety, quality, and sanitation standards set by the company. 

Factory Support Tasks

At any given time and based on the operational requirement of the plant, the Meat Factory Crew may be assigned to perform the following tasks:

• Packs and boxing of deboned and sliced meat into cartons.
• Processes meat and offals.
• Moves carcasses and meat cuts to chillers and freezers.
• Cleans and sanitizes equipment, tools, production materials and work areas.
• Supports in loading and unloading of meat products into trucks.
• Ensures that all meat cut and or slaughtered products are properly labeled.
• Operates different machines connected to his/her assigned station.
• Provides support in other areas of production or other areas of the meat factory, when needed.

Quality Standards and Safety Management

• Perform standard operating procedures in the process.
• Ensures that all products are cut and trim consistently and efficiently within our quality standard.
• Comply with all food safety, quality, and sanitation standards.
• Make sure work stations are always clean and organized.  Strictly and consistently observes Good Manufacturing Practices at all times.
