THE CHALLENGE

Synergy relies on our team of Loggers, working remotely around the world, to prepare games for our clients. Loggers are responsible for watching games and tagging certain events. This happens in two phases: Phase 1 takes a full game and breaks it down into possessions, and Phase 2 breaks those possessions down into specific outcomes and play types. The job is versatile, and it offers possibilities for both former football players or coaches, as well as basketball fans and people with the knowledge of the game.

The Capital Markets and Investment Services Analyst will provide support to the Capital Markets & Investment Services team through market research, marketing and promotions, and administrative support.

• Compiles listings to support client requirements and maintains the commercial and industrial property databases. Audits/confirms the veracity of the information before recording.
• Supports the Capital Markets & Investment Services department operators by assisting in the monitoring and updating of the status of commercial and industrial property listings on the company website and other marketing platforms.
• Assist in the implementation of the marketing and promotions strategies for specific properties as developed by the Head of Department and team leads, including out-of-home advertising and digital marketing.

The Data Engineer II develops, implements, and maintains software solutions that enable business operations to realize company goals & objectives. The incumbent performs analysis, design, coding, debugging, testing, and support of software applications. Essential RESPONSIBILITIES and ACCOUNTABILITIES

Works with the Agile Program Manager (APM), Digital Product Manager (DPM), and Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to accurately capture stakeholder requests and system specifications and translate them into engineering artifacts, which typically include design specifications, source code, test scripts and test results.

Strategic Analytics is a dynamic, growing team at Arch.  The team develops innovative predictive models and analytical tools to improve profitability and growth.  This position will support the technical implementation of predictive models and analytical tools of the Strategic Analytics team.  The position requires strong Python and API experience, as well as user-facing application support experience.  The role is for an individual who is open to exploring and implementing new technology in Azure and Databricks, as the team is dynamic and the technology needs and requirements are fluid and will evolve over time.
