We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Sales Admin Assistant to join our sales enablement and events team. This entry-level role is perfect for a young, aspiring sales professional looking to kickstart their career in sales administration. You will provide essential support to our sales team, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in drafting sales proposals for ongoing deals and coordinate necessary follow-throughs with Salespeople and Account Managers.
- Collaborate with the Sales Onboarding Coordinator to create client service agreements and ensure the smooth flow of client Onboarding processes.
- Update and maintain our main Sales CRM for all leads and ensure accurate records of all deals.
- Assist the sales team with daily administrative tasks, including data entry, scheduling appointments, and managing calendars.
Skills and Competencies:
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with team members and clients.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and maintain a well-organized workflow.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in documentation and record-keeping.
- Team Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively within a team and support colleagues in achieving common goals.
- Tech-Smart: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and motivated to learn software like HubSpot, Monday.com, and PandaDoc.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues and propose solutions proactively.
- Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt to changing priorities and processes in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer Service Orientation: A commitment to providing excellent support and service to cross-departmental teams.
