We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Sales Admin Assistant to join our sales enablement and events team. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in drafting sales proposals for ongoing deals and coordinate necessary follow-throughs with Salespeople and Account Managers.
• Collaborate with the Sales Onboarding Coordinator to create client service agreements and ensure the smooth flow of client Onboarding processes.
• Update and maintain our main Sales CRM for all leads and ensure accurate records of all deals.

What will a normal day look like?

• Verifying and checking of employee payroll requirements
• Email response for the status of the documents submitted to payroll
• Assist on some clerical tasks

What will your normal day look like? 

1. HRIS Enrollment for new hires
2. 201 filing (Contracts, Certificate of Completion, NPAs, Termination List and Attachments.
3. Auditing of 201 file of previous employees
4. Assistance in request for updates on details in HRIS.
5. Additional manpower for the HR team that can assist in ramping, events, and other support needed.
6. Collating of Cocolife supporting documents for dependents enrolment

The Position

Arch has an opportunity for a motivated professional to make a difference. We are seeking a Senior Internal Auditor who will gain hands-on experience with business and technology processes, risks, and controls. You will build direct relationships with key technology, business, and audit leaders in order to prepare risk assessments, identify audit opportunities, and conduct effective audits & advisory projects. The Senior Internal Auditor will also have the opportunity to lead aspects of Internal Audit projects. This position offers the opportunity to be a leader now and grow through demonstrated performance.

• Serve as a team member on Audit/Advisory projects
• Testing controls as part of quarterly SOX cycle
• Preparing reports to Group and Audit Committee on audit findings
• Perform Audit activities, including: conduct interviews/walkthroughs, testing, wrap-up and related procedures to facilitate the completion of Audit/Advisory projects
• May be required to lead certain aspects of Audit/Advisory projects
• May be required to supervise Internal Auditor(s) on selected projects

Participate in the annual risk assessment and audit plan development process

• Video and Photo Documentations during company events and activities
• Creation of graphic templates for companywide communications.
• Able to do basic content creation for company wide communication.
• Assistance in creation of engagement collaterals.
• Assistance with stakeholders’ graphic requests.
• Capturing new hire ID pictures.

Assisting Graphic Artist and Employee Engagement Team with other graphic requests.
