• Responsible for processing financial information to trial balance and other ad-hoc financial information for PE Fund Structures.
• Responsible for preparation of administration tasks in relation to PE Fund Structures. 
• Ensuring that adequate training has been completed and support provided in order to complete the role and be proactive in defining areas needing attention or support.
• Knowledge of designated clients including a basic understanding, of the client structures, key points of the LPA, Fee Agreements, and SLAs.
• Knowledge of Client deliverables and early escalation of issues to the cell’s Accountant.
• Minimize risk to IQ EQ Philippines by following procedures and checklists and complying with SSAE16 requirements.
• Be proactive in identifying development and training requirements.

The data analyst is responsible for collection, organization, interpretation, analysis, scrubbing, documentation and dissemination of complex data sets. The candidate will provide analysis, will process and normalize the data to ensure data integrity and will create queries, views and reports. The candidate will review, input reinsurance submission data, set up the Property pricing models, create a comparison to the expiring contract wording, and document files in the directory after business is bound. Communication with the underwriters is essential. 

Salary: P60,000 to P70,000 (Monthly Package)

Schedule: Monday – Friday (10:00 AM - 7:00 PM ACDT)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a focus on bookkeeping and financial administration.
• MS Office proficient (particularly XLSX)

• Knowledge of Australian BAS reporting and payroll.

As a Finance Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our finance department. Your main responsibilities will include assisting with financial transactions, reconciliations, and reporting. Provides assistance to CRO and Production Supervisor. Ensures micro hand adds readiness and accuracy, and monitors micro ingredients and packaging materials availability in the process area. The position is also responsible for contributing to the achievement of the quality objectives of the plant by performing the functions of key positions in the plant.

1. Monitors hand adds inventory and identifies critical ingredients and packaging material during his shift, recommends action plans to Production Supervisor and/or Feedmill Manager. Tracks micro hand adds prepared in his shift and conduct physical inventory and inspection to ensure weight accuracy and correct ingredients are utilized for the specific diet.

2. Check finished goods output to verify and ensure the correct bagging report. Do production posting and other related clerical works.

3. Learns and understands the feed milling processes and develop the skills required to be able to assist the Control Room Operator in;

1.  Materials elevation and process bins management

2. Batching, grinding and mixing operations

3. Pelleting and fat coating operation
