The creation of Asset Owner Solutions stems from many years of servicing Multi-Asset, fund of fund clients. Investors need to know the finer details of their total portfolios. They require to “drill down” into their underlying assets and sub-portfolios.

Investor solutions, in addition to providing Investment Accounting services to the Private Markets Fund of Fund clients, is leveraging state-of-the-art technology (“Cosmos”) alongside the technical expertise in delivering dynamic and transparent reporting solutions to the community.

Responsibilities

• Monthly review and delivery of pre-agreed performance reporting for various clients’ portfolios
• Review of various analytics (Total returns, IRR, Investment multiples, DPI and Yield on Cost) before and after release to the client
• Provision of initial insights to clients
• Production of the CIO reporting based on pre-agreed formats
• Preparation and review of investment parameters reporting
• Data provision and review to third parties as per client requirements

Assignment: Night Shift

The finance analyst is responsible for collection, organization, interpretation, analysis, recording, documentation, and dissemination of complex data sets. The candidate will process and reconcile  accounts and general ledger related transactions with a strong focus on accuracy, timeliness, customer service and the ability to work in a fast paced environment. The candidate will provide support and be part of the US Finance team.

• Support the Finance and Accounting related activities and operational matters with financial impacts, including periodic reporting, cash funding, business updates, invoice processing, ad hoc reporting, cash management, etc.
• Work collaboratively and develop strong relationships within the Business Unit, with operational executives, and with managers.
• Research and resolve premium, claims, and cash discrepancies between Program Administrators and/or Arch policy issuance systems and Arch Accounting System
• Reconcile financial results on a periodic basis (monthly and quarterly) for both P&L and Balance Sheet in order to validate the accuracy of financially reported results.

The Executive Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to one or more executives, performing day-to-day tasks such as coordinating diaries, preparing materials for meetings, organizing and managing data, and liaising with other departments. A valuable asset to the executive team, the Executive Assistant is expected to communicate effectively and display professionalism, resourcefulness, and the highest degree of confidentiality.

• Closely coordinate with the executives to maintain their diaries. This should be aligned to the executive's preferences, priorities, leniencies, and limits, to create a proper balance between commitments.
• To work closely with the executive in terms of structuring and proper prioritization of the day-to-day administrative activities including key events, travel plans, and other action items.
