Job Summary

Assignment: Night Shift

The finance analyst is responsible for collection, organization, interpretation, analysis, recording, documentation, and dissemination of complex data sets. The candidate will process and reconcile  accounts and general ledger related transactions with a strong focus on accuracy, timeliness, customer service and the ability to work in a fast paced environment. • Perform schedule recovery and impact; produce schedule impact analysis for modifications and produce schedule fragnet for inclusion in change order documentation.
• Perform time impact/claims analysis and prepare reports and recommendations during project execution.
• Analyze contractor critical path method (CPM) schedules for delays, inefficiencies providing dispositions due to site conditions, inefficiencies, and delays.
• Participate in and at times lead project planning and scheduling review meetings.
• Proactively identify potential risks and evaluate the likelihood and impact using quantitative and qualitative methods (Monte Carlo Simulation, OPRA, or other Risk Management Software)

• Perform end-to-end billing tasks in compliance with approved billing policies & procedures, accounting standards, SOX, internal controls and within the approved service level agreements.
