About the role

You will work with a team of front/back-end developers and QA engineers on our application tech stack consisting of MySQL, Java, Hibernate, and JavaScript, and help to create a new, modern front-end stack. Understanding existing business requirements and maintaining the codebase is a major part of the job, and your role in our effort to innovate better solutions and architecture will no doubt be both challenging and rewarding. Modernizing the web front-end experience and technology is vital to the company's strategic goal for the foreseeable future. You will partner with your team and business stakeholders to write, refine, plan, and implement stories and deliver production-ready features. You'll provide expert opinions, perform code reviews, and help foster collaboration, growth, and creativity.

• Experience developing with plain JavaScript
• Experience and good understanding of Angular and Strapi
• Experience with unit testing frameworks such as Jest, Jasmine, or similar

The Executive Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to one or more executives, performing day-to-day tasks such as coordinating diaries, preparing materials for meetings, organizing and managing data, and liaising with other departments. A valuable asset to the executive team, the Executive Assistant is expected to communicate effectively, display a strong sense of professionalism, be resourceful, and maintain the highest degree of confidentiality.

• Coordinate closely with the executives in maintaining their diaries. This should be aligned to the executives' preferences, priorities, leniencies, and limits to create a proper balance between commitments.
• To work closely with the executive in terms of structuring and proper prioritization of the day-to-day administrative activities including key events, travel plans, and other action items.
• Create and maintain reports, spreadsheets, distribution lists, email groups, and other necessary documents and databases in response to and in anticipation of executive's needs
• Able to arrange domestic and international travel (Airline, Hotel, Car Rentals, Train Tickets)
• Practice collaboration with all levels within the company, develop effective networks with peers as well as external professional groups

Responsibilities

• Co-ordinate and execute day to day administrative and legal formalities in accordance with the law
• Ensuring the continuing good standing of client companies by ensuring all company law and contractual requirements are complied with
• Build, develop and maintain partnerships with cluster contacts

Tasks 

• Review board minutes, prepare complex board packs, including agenda, related minutes, agreements and documentation.
• Train, coach and support the team as and where required

As a Senior Scrum Master, you will support our Engineering Scrum Teams and help the company build high-impact software and features that deliver value to our customers. You will be responsible for keeping our scrum teams focused by guiding them, helping clear their blockers and ensuring that they have what they need to be successful in what they do.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Facilitate effective communication among team members
• Keep all parties on track and informed of project progress
• Provide timely feedback to stakeholders
• Champion agile values, principles, and practices within the organization
• Onboard, train, and mentor scrum team members
• Facilitate scrum ceremonies, including stand-up meetings, sprint meetings, retrospectives, etc.
• Help Product Owners refine, arrange, and optimize product backlogs
• Remove roadblocks that can hinder the progress of teams
• Tweak and adjust the team’s Agile practices to better facilitate software delivery, as needed

• Coordinate with release planning and deployment activities

• At least 5 years as a Scrum Master (or in a similar role)
• Lives and breathes the principles of servant leadership
  
• Working knowledge of agile methodology, techniques, and frameworks, such as Scrum or Kanban
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Agile Scrum Master Certification (we strongly prefer this)
