The Solutions Delivery Manager is a technology professional that helps the organization's agility to achieve customer's delight by delivering high quality solutions through adoption of Agile principles and practices. Agile Practice Expert

• Leads automation efforts as well as part of the DevSecOps and Test Engineering practices.

• Works with different practices / domain leads to ensure best value is delivered to our customers both internally and externally.

• Leading and coaching the organization in its Scrum adoption;

• Helping employees and stakeholders understand and enact Scrum and empirical productdevelopment.

• Causing change that increases the productivity of the Scrum Team; and,

• Working with other Scrum Masters to increase the effectiveness of the application ofScrum in the organization.

• Responsible for enacting Scrum values and practices

QUALIFICATIONS

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's degree/College degree in engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.

• At least 3 years solid experience implementing Agile SCRUM.

• At least 1-year experience as a SCRUM Master of SCRUM of SCRUMs.

• At least 2 years' experience leading a cross functional team.

• At least 1-year experience on development.

• At least 1-year experience on software testing or business analysis.

• At least 1-year experience working on a DevOps environment

• Experience in SAFE environment is an advantage

• Proven problem solving-skills and ability to successfully adapt to changes based on business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

1. Team Leadership and Development
   • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of claims specialists to meet performance metrics and service level agreements (SLAs).
   • Monitor team productivity, identify gaps, and implement improvement plans to boost efficiency and quality.
   • Conduct regular team huddles, performance reviews, and one-on-one coaching sessions to ensure continuous growth and development.
2. Claims Operations Oversight
   • Supervise the processing of short-term and long-term disability claims, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely resolution.
   • Manage escalations for complex claims, providing solutions while maintaining a client-centric approach.
   • Analyze claims data and generate reports to track team performance and identify trends.
3. Client Engagement and Relationship Management
   • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring alignment with their expectations and addressing concerns promptly.
   • Participate in client calls and business reviews to provide insights into performance metrics and discuss operational strategies.
4. Compliance and Quality Assurance
   • Ensure all claims are processed according to company policies, client guidelines, and relevant regulatory standards.
   • Conduct audits and quality checks to maintain the highest level of service and minimize errors or risks.
5. Continuous Improvement and Innovation
   • Identify areas for process optimization and collaborate with stakeholders to implement best practices.
   • Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and technologies to enhance claims operations.

Lead all commercial aspects for an assigned group of clients in order to grow existing clientele base as well as identify new business so as to achieve planned financial objectives and other operational performance indicators.

Responsibilities

Business Development

• Achieve revenue, profitability, quality, speed of delivery, productivity and client satisfaction targets as well as other related business development objectives as assigned
• Maintain and further foster relationships with current clients
• Develop plans to cross-sell and introduce new services to current clients
• Conduct thorough business development processes to identify incremental revenue opportunities from new clients, beyond the base

Financial Management

Client Servicing

• Implement Joint Business Plans (JBPs) that will contribute to maximum client satisfaction and ensure continuous profitable and business growth
• Lead all commercial aspects with the primary responsibility of expanding our scope of influence with clients across a wider range of products and with greater depth of involvement
• Foster relationships at all levels and functions of the client organization to identify opportunities for incremental product/solution sales

Product Enhancement:

• Identify the client needs: situation/competitor assessment, need assessment, potential solutions
• Participating in creation of the PE plan & timeline: communicating the voice of client
