The Sales Operations Analyst gathers and collects sales, internal and external data; and maintains regular reports by updating and consolidating data from existing databases and platforms. Ensuring the availability and accuracy of the data. The SOA acts as an aide for the Feeds Sales Team in ensuring the proper execution of transactional, administrative, and other requests. 

The Reinsurance Accountant will assume responsibility all aspects of accounting for assigned reinsurance contracts. 

Job Responsibilities:

• Verification of underwriting data for quota share and/or excess of loss contracts
• Maintain the accuracy of premium information on excess of loss contracts including endorsements, premium adjustments, and cash allocations
• Maintain all aspects of quota share programs including bordereau reporting and posting, claims payments and cash allocation
• Monitor, and maintain within 90-day threshold, aging of accounts receivable
• Liaise with brokers, claims department and underwriting department regarding queries, outstanding receivables, and premium adjustments
• Complete underwriting system monthly close including testing of system accuracy for hand off to financial reporting team (ARL and Somers
• Additional projects and ad hoc duties as required
• Work with financial reporting team to investigate/ explain movements for the quarterly reserve call with senior management
• Attend QCR meetings and follow up investigation and liaising with various teams to report findings to UW in a timely manner for the quarterly closes
• Participate in systems enhancements including defining scope, developing and executing test plan
• Additional projects and ad hoc duties as required

The focus of the position is to create and support dashboards developed in Microsoft Power BI, R/Python, and other visualization software that will assist the business in uncovering actionable insights. As a key member of the team, you will work closely with business users, data engineers, and data scientists to provide customized visualizations that facilitate an interactive and user-friendly experience.

• Develop dashboards from a wireframe in Microsoft Power BI
• Understand the data and build complex data models in the visualization tool sufficing reporting needs
• Develop SQL Scripts as needed to pull the data from various sources (SQL Server, Azure SQL Server, Snowflake) and transform as needed for reporting
• Develop pixel perfect reports where appropriate
• Build & support applications in Power Apps and integrate it with Power BI
• Automation of various manual tasks

The Accounts Receivable Specialist will be responsible for overseeing/monitoring the efficiency of the recording of our invoices and the accuracy of our payment/cash applications. This position will report directly to the AR Manager.

• Ensures billings and receivables are correctly processed in a timely manner.
• Addresses and corrects any discrepancies in accounts or billings.
• Serves as a liaison between clients and specialists to negotiate acceptable payment plans.
