Key Responsibilities:

• Post and update job ads across multiple job portals and conduct passive sourcing to attract potential candidates.
• Upload, screen, and review CVs from LinkedIn and other job boards to match job qualifications.
• Respond to candidate inquiries through LinkedIn, email, and other messaging platforms.
• Send Pre-Employment requirements to new hires and ensure that their requirements are completed prior to the start date.
• Track and update candidate progress.
• Schedule and coordinate onboarding sessions for new hires.
• Prepare and organize pre-onboarding and post-hire documents.
• Stay informed about the latest recruitment and talent engagement trends and best practices.

• Proven experience in recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Familiarity with recruitment software (e.g., Workable) and testing tools (e.g., Test Gorilla).

Role Overview:

Your Impact:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Administrative Coordination

Immediate Tasks Anticipated for the Candidate to Fully Own on Week 1:

Must-Have:

• Knowledge with AI Tools: AI tools such as ChatGPT to streamline workflows and enhance communication.
• Experience with Project Management Software: Experienced in organizing and tracking projects using tools like Airtable, Loom, and Miro for efficient task management.
• Presentation Platform Skills: Proficient in creating impactful presentations with platforms like Pitch to convey ideas effectively.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Support Bar Lead to oversee employee support across our studios, globally.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of IT support and service desk operations for our local office and ensuring our team is providing an efficient and effective service to our internal users.

This role reports to the Head of Local Support and will involve working closely with colleagues in other offices to deliver a seamless service to our users.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Full scope of tasks including but not limited to:

• Lead the support bar team, providing guidance, coaching, and mentoring to team members.

• Work collaboratively with the rest of the Service Delivery team to ensure a seamless and efficient support experience for employees.

• Act as the main point of escalation for complex support issues.

• Analyze and report on key performance indicators to both the support team and senior management.
