Role Overview:
This role primarily focuses on sales and marketing support, with responsibilities such as identifying stakeholders, managing databases, and assisting in sales development. Basic marketing support includes maintaining social media presence and assisting with LinkedIn outreach for events. Additionally, the role involves conducting healthcare and market research to inform outreach strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Marketing Support
- Identify and manage stakeholders within healthcare systems, maintaining an organized database.
- Use CRM tools (like Monday) to track sales interactions and opportunities.
- Assist with sales outreach and lead generation from day one, supporting demo and deck creation.
2. Basic Marketing & Outreach
- Help manage the companyās social media presence (LinkedIn, Threads, Instagram, TikTok) with occasional posts and simple graphics.
- Support LinkedIn outreach for events, conferences, and company campaigns.
- Coordinate marketing efforts to boost engagement and attendance at industry events.
3. Healthcare & Market Research
- Conduct research on healthcare trends, competitors, and EMR systems to inform sales and outreach strategies.
- Assist in gathering and analyzing data to improve stakeholder engagement.
- Support administrative tasks related to organizing research and market insights.
Week 1 Focus:
- Onboard and become familiar with the team and tools.
- Clean up and organize the stakeholder database.
- Conduct LinkedIn outreach for upcoming conferences.
- Start initial research on healthcare trends, especially around EMR systems.
Must-Have:
- Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in healthcare or a good understanding of the industry.
- Familiarity with EMRs is a plus.
- SDR or sales background preferred but not required.
- Marketing background preferred but not required.
