Control Risks is currently looking for an experienced Security Director to be embedded with our client, a large multinational company, based in Mindanao, Philippines. This role will play a key part in the ongoing development of the client’s holistic security programme.

The Security Director will lead the security function and assume responsibility for the delivery of the security programme specific to the client's operations. The Security Director is tasked with the development of the security plan, which will assess threats, risks and resources. They will also coordinate security and incident training for local security officers. ABOUT THE ROLE 

As an Accounting Support Officer, you will provide comprehensive support to the Managing Director and the onshore team. You will have a strong background in finance, exceptional analytical skills, and a passion for driving efficiency and excellence within the firm. You will be instrumental in maintaining the financial integrity of both the firm and the small businesses it serves. By ensuring accurate financial records and efficient transaction processing, you will be directly contributing to the financial health and success of the firm.  

RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Perform daily bookeeping tasks, including keeping accurate recording financial transactions 
• Ensuring that all financial transactions are accurately reflected in cashflow statements. 
• Assist in the management and reconciliation of financial records, including invoicing, accounts payable and receivable, and bank reconciliation. 
• Process payroll for a portfolio of small business clients, ensuring accurate calculation of wages, tax withholdings, and superannuation contributions.
