• Providing administrative support during quarterly upgrade/maintenance activities

• Providing administrative support for weekly patching activities

• Troubleshooting customer issues from the administration console

• Assisting with the configuration and testing of new SSO projects

• Responding/reacting to support requests from the lines of business, adhering to our internal SLA

• Liaising with the help desk team leaders for minor support requests (suspensions, OTP resets, etc.)

• Properly communicating ticket status to users and stakeholders, including senior leaders

• Performing regular maintenance of user lists

• Providing general system administrative duties

What you bring:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience

• Must be willing to work on a Hybrid Setup (Twicea week onsite). Office location is at Ecoplaza Bldg, Makati City (near Magallanes MRT Stations, EDSA)

• Will be on 8am to 5pm PH shift but must be amenable to shifting hours and working graveyard shift (supporting US based clients).

• On call responsibility outside shift is normally expected on weekends and most of the time once a month only.

• College Undergraduates and Non-Bachelor Degree holders with relevant work experience are welcome to apply

• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Working knowledge of standard SSO protocols (SAML/OIDC) would be preferred, but not required

• Solid verbal and written communication skills-- you'll be communicating to large audiences.

About the role:

What you will be doing:

• Administration & Troubleshooting Pacemaker cluster

• Hands on experience on Openshift tasks like Patching, Troubleshooting, Gluster Administration.

• Hands-on experience on HP ILO, iDARC Firmware.

• Experience in Package management using RPM, YUM, SATELITE in Red Hat Linux.

• Managing, troubleshooting, and resolving Incidents/Issues as per the Service Level Agreement (SLA, RCA) with frequent updates.

• Experience in Creating and maintaining user accounts, profiles, security, rights, Quotas, and process monitoring.

• Creating, cloning Linux Virtual Machines, templates using VMware ESXi & Virtualization environments.

• Experience in Installation of VMware ESX server and creation of VMs and install different guest OS.

• Proficient in patching level issues, support required for any issues during the patching

• Willingness to work in nights shifts or support 24 x 7 Coverage as per the Business needs

• Following Standard Operating Procedures for BAU support, Build, configure and maintain all applicable Servers

• Recognizing and articulating job related problems to management.

• Analyzing technical problems and creating solutions involving the use of existing techniques and/or tools

• Challenging the validity of given procedures and processes with the intent to enhance and improve a customer solution.

• Assisting in the identification of new service opportunities.

• Providing coverage for BAU Unix Server Management teams along with other project works assigned.

Job Summary: Provide production support during batch cycle (high severity tickets). Handle triage tickets for investigation of issue. Will be supporting existing IBS Core Banking system. Enhancement of existing applications in a service delivery perspective (focus on reliability).

What You Will Be Doing:

• Provides technical support activities for a software production processing environment.

• Installs, maintains and supports application/source code and/or its components and subsystems including third party software.

• Detects, diagnoses and reports related problems.

• Analyzes and resolves incidents, problems or known errors related to failures in application and supporting software components.

• Creates and maintains complete documentation relative to the support of application software.

• Provides twenty-four hour support for applications and supporting software.

• Provides consultation to internal users with regard to software capabilities and use.

• Follows escalation procedures, when appropriate, to resolve incidents, problems or known errors in a timely manner.

• Uses appropriate diagnostic tools to isolate and resolve incidents, problems or known errors.

• Plans and supports application specific disaster recovery activities including development and maintenance of documentation.

• Conducts production support validations/certifications and accepts turnover from development.

• Provides standardized operational reporting metrics to business as well as information technology management.

• Monitors and maintains product availability, capacity and performance for products based on defined service level.

• Provides support to the application security functionality and related administrative and audit services.

• Participates in change management reviews, confirmation of changes implemented and validate associated documentation.

• Ability to provide on-call support and extended working hours when called on and willingness to accept periodic rotation to primary 24hour on-call role, responding within prescribed response times.
