Job Description and Responsibilities

This role is part of the Business testing team within VPL’s Global Operations & Payments Network and reports into Senior Manager – Business Testing. The business testing team manages the testing of various network partner markets as per route spec and testing of multiple client’s onboarding workflows into Visa/VPL environments. The business testing/User acceptance testing should be conducted to in line with network partner & client’s business requirements/route specs to ensure the VPL’s business process & procedures to be met on a day-to-day basis.

This role is pivotal in maintaining service fee payments up to date, bank accounts reconciled, recoveries and escrow processed. As a Claims Accountant, you will be tasked with a variety of responsibilities, including general accounting tasks such as accounting reports, journal entries, and reconciliations. • Process service fee rates update and service fee payment. 
• Prepares accounting reports for various accounting divisions in Arch.
• Prepare reclass journals entries.
• Perform bank reconciliations to verify the Third-Party Administrator’s bank balance against Arch balance.

The accounting analyst is responsible for collection, organization, interpretation, analysis, recording, documentation and dissemination of complex data sets. The Claims Division is seeking an Indexing Assistant to join the Claims Operations Team.  Under general supervision, the Indexing Assistant provides administrative support to one or more individuals in the Claims Department.

• Identify, classify and triage incoming documents/mail to the appropriate owner (could be a TPA, a different department within Arch, Arch claims etc…)
• Process document/mail and index to appropriate Arch claims files in the system; ImageRight system / FlexiCapture Verification which includes:
  • Surety indexing
