Reporting to the GCD Client Implementation Director, this role will lead the onboarding of new and incremental business, into the Client Service Shared Operations, ensuring it is proactively managed and planned in close coordination with the Country clusters. You will ensure the successful implementation of new Client work ensuring that it delivers on client quality expectations, contractual commitments, and the scalability of the Shared Service Team.

He/She is responsible for co-developing and implementing strategies to prevent and mitigate fraud in all Carousell Markets and will serve as in-market point of contact for the country they are situated in. Day-to-day responsibilities 

• 30% of the week: Stay up to date with local regulations and applying it to Carousell based on the country of origin, updating our policy and processes based on escalations

We are looking for a skilled Accounts Payable Officer to be responsible for processing all invoices received for payment and for undertaking the payment of all creditors in an accurate, efficient and timely manner.  Accounts Payable Officer is essential for ensuring accurate financial record-keeping, maintaining strong vendor relationships, optimizing cash flow, supporting financial reporting and audits, and driving operational efficiency and cost control within the organization. Job Responsibilities:

1. Process outgoing payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures

Record to Report (RTR) officer plays a crucial role in ensuring the financial health and reporting of the organisation. Their responsibilities typically encompass a range of tasks covering all Carousell Entities.

You will:

• Support the RTR team in doing the monthly activities including but no limited to accruals, prepayments, fixed assets and lease accounting for all the Carousell entities.

The successful candidate will be part of the dedicated Loan Services team in Manila supporting all aspect of loan administration and operations for a European client.  Responsibilities include

• Asset onboarding including review and analysis of loan documentation
• Accurate inputting and processing of all relevant loan information into the loan administration software
• Day-to-day asset management including booking cash or accrual transactions, making payments, and performing daily position and cash reconciliations
• Lifecycle support of loan trades from the time the trade is posted until settlement including the prioritization of trades that need to close
• Responsible for daily settlements of bank loans, including interfacing with ClearPar, Brokers, Agents, and Trade Counterparties  
• Timely resolution and escalation of all inquiries and issues related to loan processing
• Liaising and coordinating with external clients and internal client services teams to ensure timely responsiveness and resolution to inquiries
• Liaising and coordinating with external third parties such as other Loan Administration team, Borrowers, Lenders, Trustees and Agent Banks
• Review and distribute loan reports as agreed with clients
• Follow established procedures related to loan documentation/processing activities and make recommendations to support process improvement and risk management
• Demonstrate a sound level of understanding of products and processes, both within Loan Services and other IQEQ related services
