Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

Utilize the latest techniques, including parallel processing, to leverage the latest multi-core, multi-thread server environments.
Develop reusable code and libraries for future use.
COLLABORATION AND COMMUNICATION

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer or Software Engineering or similar.
At least 3 years of relevant experience as a Web Developer, with a strong portfolio of successful web development projects.
Proficiency in C#, Angular, .NET, SQL, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, testing and debugging and other relevant web development languages and frameworks.
Experience working with Git or similar version control systems.
Knowledge of TypeScript, Microsoft Azure, Material Design and W3C accessibility would be of benefit but not essential

RESPONSIBILITIES
CV Preparation
Format candidate CVs using Qwilr and PDF to company’s standard timelines and quality.
Prioritise CV preparation using P1, P2, P3 framework.
Overseeing and responsible for quality of CV prep of other Recruitment Administrators.
Marketing
Build new Candidate Briefing documents using the company’s research and brief from consultant.
Use Canva to update branding and client materials, build presentations, banners etc.
Monthly clean-up and organisation of Qwilr folders.
Quarterly updates to consultant bios on Qwilr (including gathering testimonials).
Creation of new Consultant bios on Qwilr.
Recruitment Administration
Schedule candidate interviews with the Recruiting Team ensuring a smooth recruitment process as needed.
Ensure accurate documentation and information in Vincere.
Any other administration tasks in line with the Talent Delivery Administrator role.
Company
Promote the company’s mission and guiding principles.
Adherence to client’s Policies and Procedures.
Participate in the review of operational processes and provide ideas.
Systems
Ad hoc Vincere (database) projects relating to data integrity.
Daily formatting check of live ads on company job board and Seek.
Monthly data gathering activities for system usage and operations reviews.
