What will you do?

Administrative Support:

• Assist with the preparation and posting of job advertisements.
• Coordinate interview schedules across various time zones and manage calendars for the recruitment team.
• Handle routine administrative tasks including email correspondence (requesting contracts, following up fee agreement, formatting CVs, sending information about various jobs visa email and document preparation. This is the major focus of this role.
• Assisting with updates to our systems including data entry and analysis
• Maintain an up-to-date candidate database with detailed and accurate information. 

Client and Candidate Communication:

• Communicate effectively with clients to understand and update their recruitment needs and preferences – this is largely done via email
• Ensure a positive experience for all stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.

Market Research and Reporting:

• Conduct market research to identify opportunities for new vacancies across various digital channels
• Prepare cold calling lists for clients that may have suitable vacancies
• Prepare regular reports on recruitment activities, including candidate pipelines and placement statistics.

Compliance and Documentation:

• Ensure all candidate documentation is complete and compliant with all regulations
• Maintain confidentiality and integrity of sensitive information at all times.
