What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

• 5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment.
• At least 1 year experience handling financial services in either USA, UK and AU.
• Excellent communication skills.

Nice to Have:

• Understanding of any Applicant Tracking System.
• Exposure in multiple markets aside from Financial Services.

What will you do?

• Manage end to end recruitment for all open positions.
• Conduct recruitment strategy meetings with Hiring Managers.
• Provide daily/weekly reports to hiring managers on a timely basis.
• Develop talent pools through various sourcing platforms.
• Develop easy to use recruitment templates and forms (CV templates, reference check forms, common email templates, recruitment manuals, etc.).
