Perform all cash related aspects of facultative assumed & ceded accounting including cash entry, cash application, cash reconciliation, and assist with collections.

• Enter daily cash receipts and disbursements in the reinsurance system
• Apply cash receipts and disbursements

Salary: P60,000 to P80,000 (Monthly Package)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

• Proficient in SolidWorks with particular attention to sheet metal, weldments, and detailed assemblies.
• Able to demonstrate a strong understanding of metal manufacturing processes (knowledge of other manufacturing processes is a plus).
• Proficiency in utilizing the Microsoft Office suite.
• Good communication skills, fluent in English, can confidently take briefs over teams or a similar platform.

Nice to Have:

• Understanding of joinery processes
• Working knowledge of plastic manufacturing (molding and fabrication) an advantage
• Working knowledge/experience with rendering or SW plug ins like keyshot.
• Experience with flow analysis
• AutoCAD experience
• Can speak/read Mandarin is a plus.

The position is for Outbound Customer Service Representative. You will be working directly with our Support, Marketing, and Customer Service Team. You will speak with customers or potential customers to provide education and sales information related to products or services. You will assist in the maintenance of the company’s customer database.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Performs outbound cold calls to consumers to soft sell Synergy products and/or services.
• Places outbound follow-up calls to leads and address their inquiries, if any – triage to Management if necessary.
• Answers questions about product and/or services in detail and the company.
• Maintains database by entering new and updated customer information and documentation, as needed.
• Meets quality assurance requirements and other key performance metrics.
  

Qualifications:
