The candidate will manage a myriad of organizational change initiatives for Visa. The candidate will focus on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems, tools, and technology. The primary responsibility will be creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage of new tools and business processes and minimize resistance to changes. The change manager will work to drive faster adoption, higher ultimate utilization of and proficiency with the changes that impact Visa’s employees. We are looking for a talented Commercial Data Analyst to join our established team, focusing on leveraging our group-wide CRM platform, DealCloud (internally referred to as OneView). As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our user interactions and leveraging our CRM platform (DealCloud) to drive business growth. The ideal candidate possesses a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of CRM solutions to enhance user engagement and maintain data quality within the platform.

Responsibilities:

CRM Strategy Development

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective CRM strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Analyze user trends and behavior to identify opportunities for CRM system enhancement.

Platform Management

• Contribute to the administration and maintenance of the CRM platform.
• Customize and configure the CRM system to meet specific business needs.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security within the CRM database.
• Ongoing management of predefined data points within the system to ensure all mandatory data is up to date.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

• Utilize data analytics to derive insights into user behavior, preferences, and trends.

User Training and Support:

Tasks (What does the role do on a day-to-day basis)

• Support Senior Business Analyst in management and hygiene of DealCloud data.
• Support users with data queries and the overall use of DealCloud from a commercial perspective.
• Completing data quality checks and implementing pre-defined processes.
• Work with the wider business to build relationships with users and promote best practice of DealCloud. 
• Responsible for maintaining relationships with key stakeholders across the broader group to support improvement and growth in system capability, reporting business needs to OneView Manager and technology owner.
• Responsible for developing standard communication to users to advise of updated data requirements in the client lifecycle and errors in data.

• Disseminates lead within other markets to the Sales person responsible in a timely manner
• Input all data gathered from telephone conversation into the Sale and Catering system
• Ensures to follow-up bookings based on the cut-off dates
• Prepares and submits regular special reports as may be required by the Director of Sales

• Provides applicable product standards on the Report based on the Business Rules, using the SGS proprietary processing software- eTrade and other similar or related references
• Issues CoC’s based on Business Rules and conformity assessment instructions.
• Formulates Product Instructions based on product safety and performance standards
• Attends to all other operational concerns regarding Report issuance which needs technical and experienced opinion.
• Review the quality of the information and completeness of the documents and ensures that it is correctly indexed in the system.
• Review the file administration and standards of the Reports to be issued
• Provides timely and effective responses to the network in relation to inquiries concerning essential product requirements, standards, and service request inquiries.
• Participates in the comprehensive investigation and evaluation of files with standards disputes.
• Sends inquiries to the affiliates or Contract Management Offices (CMO) for additional information.
• Escalate cases of non-response status or high-risk disputes to Supervisor or Management.
• Prepares the PCA Position Paper to present the detailed basis for Standard selection and other evaluation activities.
