 QMS Development and Implementation:

• Lead the design, establishment, and implementation of the Quality Management System (QMS) for the MLFF project.
• Ensure the QMS aligns with international standards such as ISO 9001 and project-specific requirements.

 Cross-Functional Coordination:

• Collaborate with sub-project managers and teams across hardware, software, and maintenance divisions to integrate quality practices into workflows.

 Leadership and Training:

• Provide leadership in driving a culture of quality and continuous improvement within the organization.
• Conduct comprehensive QMS training sessions for project teams to ensure understanding and adherence to quality standards.

 Auditing and Compliance:

• Plan and execute internal audits to evaluate the effectiveness of and compliance with the QMS and identify gaps and noncompliance.
• Support external audits and certification processes, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
• In collaboration with project team, manage the entire lifecycle of identified nonconformances including detection, to characterization, designing and implementing correction measures, checking  nonconformance correction, and closing the noncompliance event.

 Documentation and Reporting:

• Develop and maintain comprehensive quality documentation, including manuals, procedures, and records.
• Report on quality performance metrics, non-conformances, and corrective/preventive actions to project stakeholders and senior management.

 Continuous Improvement:

• Drive initiatives to enhance project quality and operational efficiency through root cause analysis and corrective action planning.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to inform QMS enhancements.

Job Description:

• Leads the overall delivery management of each project under within the managed portfolio ensuring such are delivered on-time, on-budget, and on-scope.
• Defines and finalize project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with business unit and key stakeholders
• Creates and manages the detailed timeline for project execution and ensures that resources are always aligned with such.
• Optimizes utilization of available resources to deliver project activities within the required timeframes and agreed quality and scope
• Coaches, mentors, motivates and supervises project team members and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.
• Updates the project team of the status of the project based on agreed upon frequency.
• Clears blockers for the SMEs to perform and deliver
• Facilitates learning through post mortem and sprint retrospective
• Provides direct supervision and mentoring to project team members
• Reviews technical design provided by the Solutions Architect such as database, application architecture and system interface design together with the technical delivery team.
• Identifies, monitors and manages project risks, issues, dependencies and action plans until project implementation and closure.
• Monitors and manages project expenses to ensure it is within cost baseline.
• Identifies and manages project dependencies and critical path
• Establishes and ensures appropriate governance functions for the program in accordance with enterprise policies, practices and on behalf of the executive sponsor or senior responsible owner.
• Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
• Ensures that implemented solution is based on the Solutions Architect’s design and is aligned with the Enterprise Architecture

Qualifications:

• Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to develop and communicate the project objectives, inspire and motivate staff, and maintain alignment with the business strategy.
• A high degree of political sensitivity, astuteness and the ability to use the informal power structure of the organization to achieve program success and overcome obstacles.
• A high level of empathy and the ability to vary styles of interaction to match the needs of a variety of temperaments and personalities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain and “sell” the project goals and objectives to the business, as well as technical leadership.
• Strong business acumen, especially in banking business. Familiarity with industry trends and innovation related to banking.
• Influencing and negotiation experience and skills in an environment with high competition for resources.
• Excellent analytical, strategic planning and execution skills.
• Ability to develop programs and deliver them with financial and resource constraints.
• Knowledge of project planning tools.
• Deep understanding of:

A must:

• 6+ years extensive experience in project management
• 6+ years extensive experience in IT
• strong in: software development life cycle, decision making, communication, cross-functional teams, leadership
