As one of our LQA Test Lead you will be leading our LQA team.  You will report directly to a site head, work with global project managers and are a vital point of contact on all LQA assigned insourced or outsourced projects. 

You will be the primary driver in successfully managing and delivering projects on time and be accountable for the to the end-to-end quality of projects.  You will have day-to-day responsibility for managing the project teams and will work on a variety of global projects for many of our high-profile clients, whilst working in collaboration with our other global Studios.

QA Localisation testing involves performing language checks on a range of yet-to-be-released games for a variety of platforms including PC, Xbox One, PS4, Wii, PS Vita, DS, Switch, VR, and various mobile and tablet devices.  You would be working on top gaming titles for some of the biggest publishers in the World.

As one of our Localisation QA Testers, you will be the very first person to see the localised game in its entirety – translated text, images, and the rest of the user interface all together. The Consultant is the face of Visa's support organization to Visa's clients, which can include FIs, Fintech, Third Party Enablers, Corporates, Government Entities, NGOs, SMBs, and Govtech players. The role holder represent these clients internally to business, product and technology teams. You will need to have a strong collaborative mindset, strong technical aptitude along with executive level written and oral communications skills. In addition to these skills, a Consultant will need to have strong analytical skills and is required to become technical knowledge expert to multi-functional business teams around them.

You will be accountable for supporting clients in South East Asia (IPVMC) for all products relating to Visa Government Solutions, Commercial Solutions and Money Movement products. This includes managing the operational side of the client relationship and identifying and enabling the right services and capabilities to drive growth and optimization.

In this role, you are expected to:

• Provide high value customer service support on day-to-day items to Visa Clients and internal staff to ensure customer expectations are exceeded. Be the voice of the client.

• Act as liaison for the client. Oversee and facilitate as single touchpoint for non-traditional client as governments, NGO, SMBs, Govtech, when solutions require multiple Visa delivery teams. Provide problem management, proactive identification of processing efficiencies, service change support and system enhancement support.

• Support their bespoke models and address sensitive topics on highly strategic programs involving government entities/officials and humanitarian aid programs involving vulnerable people/refugees.

• Proactively notify clients regarding any widespread or business critical problems with the application, and leads internal and external recovery efforts of product and/or processing service interruptions.

• Participate in cross functional customer service delivery initiatives across clients and Visa internal teams.

• Coordinate internal resources to accomplish Visa and client objectives.

• Drive problem and communication management for any critical issue affecting a client, or client issue affecting Visa

• Build and enhance positive working relationships with key clients and internal stakeholders.

• Project manage and lead enablement activities for existing and new products introduced to the market, tapping on Global and Regional resources for execution.

• Engage Technology and Product organizations to regularly review and identify permanent solutions to frequently encountered operational issues.

• Educate and train clients on best practices for Visa Government Solutions, Commercial Solutions and Money Movement products.

• Represent difficult and mildly complex customer change requests, system or operational requirements. negotiate and manage expectations internally and externally

• Develop and manage operational initiatives, special projects and client-driven continuous improvement plans.

• Identify and implement opportunities to improve the client experience by streamlining operational processes.

The Asia Pacific (AP) Client Success Management Shared Services team provide knowledge and expertise on market technology and infrastructure for Visa issuers, acquirers, processors, fintech and merchants.

The Client Success Management Shared Services Analyst is responsible to manage post-sale and operational relationships for a significant group of Visa’s growth clients by overseeing onboarding and implementation processes, maximizing adoption of deployed products, driving Client Success outcomes, and optimizing client performance. This position is at an intermediate level and requires execution, analytical skills, and solid client relationship abilities.

In this role, you are expected to:

• Manage operational support and fulfilling service needs of moderate complexity for Tier 3 clients. This includes respond to inbound client queries as well as outbound proactive client engagement.

• Play a critical role in working with the client to identify operational efficiencies, manage assignments such as client initiative or change requests that are diverse in scope, and search out appropriate courses of action.

• Act as liaison for the client to provide technical expertise to structure effective program or solutions, service change support and system enhancement support.

• Develop communications for clients outlining initiatives and mandates (and the required client changes), and providing compelling rationale for the need for such change.

• Manage these communications end-to-end, distributing to clients and governing responses and subsequent delivery of change.

The Veterinary Service & Training Specialist is responsible for providing technical support to Sales and Farm customers in terms of disease control and swine/poultry management to help maintain customers and generate sales.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Technical Support to Farm Segment
A. Prospecting Phase

1. Provides assistance to Territory Business Manager for large farm and other Territory Business Managers in assessing the health status of animals of a potential farm customer.
2.  Conducts profiling based on data gathered from actual farm performance parameters of potential farm customers and compare it with the existing and acceptable performance standards.
3.  Analyzes and assess the data gathered on the herd/flock health status to identify the veterinary needs of the prospect farm customer.
4. Makes recommendations based on the identified needs of the potential customer.
5. Works with the Territory Business Manager for large farm and other Territory Business Managers in preparing a plan of engagement to prospect customer based on the data gathered.
6.  Assists the Sales team during product presentation and product launching.

B. Trial Phase

1. Uses the data gathered as input when doing feeding trials in relation to diseases or specific needs identified in particular farm.
2.  Works with the Nutrition Services & Training Specialist in the design, cascade and implementation of trial protocols when doing feeding trials.
3. Creates reports and status updates on current feeding trials.

C. Maintenance Phase

1.  Assists in the identification of strategies and tactics on how to develop and maintain a farm account.
2. Herd/Flock health status monitoring of farm customers which covers the general health status of the farm, feed performance, disease occurrence and doing necropsies as an aid in determining cause of diseases and mortalities.
3. Prepares a report on status of farm customer after farm visits can be general or based on specific cases/complains or situations.
4. Conducts training and seminars for farm personnel or technicians on swine/poultry management.
5. Offers solutions regarding farms’ health-related concerns, and if necessary recommend vaccination programs and medication regimens.
6. Helps in the diagnosis of a disease by submitting sample specimens to a regional/national animal disease diagnostic laboratory as necessary.

Technical Support to Distribution Market Segment

1. Provides technical assistance to Agri-Centers’ customers in solving animal health-related issues, recommend appropriate vaccination and medication programs.
2. Conducts training & seminars on swine/poultry diseases and management which can include current customers, prospect customers and Animal Production Specialists.
3. Assists Sales team during product launch to Agri-centers and distributors.

Technical Training to Sales Team

1. Equip the Sales team with basic knowledge and technical know how on swine / poultry management through training.
2. Conduct assessment of Territory Business Managers and APS in order to identify their training needs on technical competencies at least once a year.
3. Formulate / design and execute training programs for TBMs based on the assessment and identified training needs.
4. Do re-evaluation by doing annual assessment to determine the effectiveness of the training programs conducted to further address if there are still deficiencies.

Other Duties

1. Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
