The Product Manager, Value-Added Services will support Product VAS Lead in driving the growth of our Product VAS portfolio across all Product VAS categories such as Risk and Data Solutions, Issuing and Acceptance Solutions, and Network Solutions. The Labor Relations (External Services Officer) is responsible for the effective management and implementation of subcontracting to ensure the compliance of subcontractors in accordance with the Government Regulatory and Company’s business requirement.

1. Guide the department in planning the work to be subcontracted that is aligned with the goals of the projects as well as identification of qualified subcontractors. 
2. Recommend improvements, implements and monitors subcontracting process and procedures.

4. Support in the execution of  subcontracting signed agreements.  Ensures all the requirements are submitted and complied.
