The Data Engineer III develops, implements, and maintains data & software solutions that enable business operations to realize company goals and objectives. The Communication Manager oversees the internal and external communications strategy of the Ubisoft Philippines Studio and the Zone, ensuring that the communication needs of the Ubisoft group are being fulfilled.  

Reporting directly to the Zone Communications Director, you will focus on employee and executive strategic communications, supporting the Managing Director and Philippine Studio Manager.

About the role 

We are seeking an experienced Claims Specialist with a strong focus on Accuracy reporting and Client Management to join our dynamic team. As a Claims Specialist you will be working with the Brokerage Team and play a crucial role in providing reliable services to our partners and clients reinforcing Igloo's position as a leader in the insurtech industry and advancing our mission of making insurance accessible and affordable across diverse markets.

Job Responsibilities 

• Facilitate the swift and accurate processing of insurance claims, keeping clients' best interests in mind.
• Maintain detailed knowledge of our insurance products, applied claims procedures, and regulatory compliance matters.
•  Proactively manage relationships with clients, maintaining high standards of customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Assess, validate, and negotiate claims on behalf of clients to ensure fair, prompt, and accurate settlement.
• Communicate effectively with all parties involved in the claim process, including clients, insurers, loss adjusters, solicitors, and other third parties.
• Leverage insurance expertise to provide clients with insights and guidance on claims procedures, potential payouts, and policy details.
• Maintain accurate records of all communication, ensuring all claim documentation is kept up-to-date and complies with policy conditions and legal requirements.
• Participate and assist in preparing for client meetings and reviews related to claims management.
• Keep abreast of industry developments, remaining informed of any changes to insurance regulations and best practices.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience preferably from Accounting, Finance, or Business fields 
• 2 to 3 years of experience claims handling roles within an insurance environment.
• Prior experience working in a high-growth environment, ideally with a mix of experience in MNCs and start ups

Job Responsibilities 

Account Management & Partner Relationship Growth

• Serve as the primary point of contact for existing clients and partners, nurturing relationships to maximize satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
• Understand each partner's goals and collaborate closely with them to identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding their use of Igloo’s digital insurance solutions.
• Work with internal teams, including product, marketing, and compliance, to ensure seamless delivery of Igloo’s services and a positive partner experience.
• Regularly assess partner performance, providing insights and solutions to enhance their experience with Igloo’s offerings and drive mutual growth.
• Lead renewal discussions and negotiate terms that support both partner objectives and Igloo’s commercial goals.

New Business Development & Partner Sourcing

• Identify and develop new business opportunities, focusing on strategic partnerships that align with Igloo’s mission to make insurance accessible, affordable, and inclusive.
• Conduct market research to build a pipeline of potential partners who can benefit from Igloo’s digital insurance solutions, such as lifestyle protection, e-commerce insurance, and device protection.
• Present Igloo’s product suite to prospective clients, demonstrating how solutions like device protection, extended warranties, and loan protection can add value to their business and customers.
• Collaborate with prospective partners to structure agreements and negotiate terms that create long-term value and growth for both parties.

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Collaborate closely with the Head of Commercial to align on commercial strategies that support both existing and new partnerships.

Reporting & Performance Tracking

• Establish and monitor KPIs related to account management and business development, ensuring alignment with Igloo’s broader commercial and strategic objectives.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; experience in the insurance, fintech, or tech industries is preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in account management, business development, or sales, with a demonstrated focus on client relationship management and business growth.
