REGULATORY AND COMPLIANCE

OTHER ADMINISTRATIVE FUNCTIONS

1. Handles the secretarial works and logistical support to some Executives including minutes taking and events coordination. 
2.  Attends the scheduled Admin meetings to address administrative concerns.
3. Process accreditation for all government agencies when necessary.
4. Provides other administrative and logistical support to all departments during the implementation of company sponsored activities and events.

• Responsible for the end-to-end project management of existing and new mutually-beneficial partnership initiatives;
• Create strong synergies with the internal stakeholders in innovating solutions and implementing promo plans;
• Develop compelling storylines and data-driven presentations that are customized to clients’ business objectives and challenges meeting vertical OKRs at the same time;
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports, post campaign evaluations, and other necessary vertical reports;
• Ownership of the day-to-day tasks and administrative work with partner brands and other internal stakeholders;

The Software Engineer is responsible for development, implementation, and maintenance of software solutions. The role includes working on Front-end and back-end systems. The main duties include understanding user requirements, translating them to Front/Back End code, developing database objects and APIs.

The candidate will provide analysis, design, coding, debugging, testing, and support of software applications.

1. Works with the Agile Program Manager (APM), Digital Product Manager (DPM), and Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to accurately capture stakeholder requests and system specifications and translate them into engineering artifacts, which typically include design specifications, source code, test scripts and test results.
2. Coordinates with software architects and Software engineer IVs to ensure that the engineering realization is in accordance with Enterprise Architecture principles and software development best practices.
3. As part of Agile teams, completes software development work which includes application design, coding, code review and testing. Keeps Agile team and APM apprised of project status.
4. Offers suggestions to stakeholders on devising effective and efficient approaches to achieve project and program objectives.
5. Manages engineering risks by proactively tracking and communicating issues and devising methods to mitigating them.
6. Liaises with other project and program areas to coordinate interdependencies and resolve issues.
7. Supports business units in the resolution of in-depth user questions and issues following production support process and SLA’s.
8. Maintains a working knowledge of new technology and software engineering standards, practices and tools.
9. Provides input to APM/DPM in creation of Product Roadmap, High Level Estimates
