POSITION SUMMARY:

The Farm Veterinarian is responsible for ensuring the maintenance and improvement of the health status of all animals in the assigned farms by implementing the herd health programs, biosecurity procedures and monitoring of inventory of veterinary products used to implement such programs in order to achieve production volume targets and swine operational efficiency.

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manages Health, Mortality and Morbidity Rates

1. Implements herd health programs for the assigned farms.  Updates the farms' vaccination and medication programs when needed and recommends therapeutic regimen in cases as they arise.

2. Conducts routine rounds in the farms to check on health status of animals and responds to control disease situations. 

3. Conducts over-all assessment of the management and husbandry practices in the farms to evaluate factors that may influence and impact the herd health.

4. Conducts medication and vaccination trials including other  veterinary and production related trials and evaluates regularly health and performance status of pigs under the trial.

5. Performs necropsy of pigs and submits findings to Farm Manager and Veterinary Manager and provides assessment based on historical background, relevant data, clinical and necropsy findings.

6. Submits specimens and samples to external party for diagnostics and analysis to check health status of herd.

7. Conducts regular health screening and ensures that all needed diagnostic procedures are accomplished in a timely manner.

8. Ensures that all veterinary related documents and reports are accomplished and submitted in a timely manner.

      Compliance to Farm Biosecurity Policies and SOPs

1. Ensures that the company’s biosecurity policies and SOPs are strictly followed.

2. Conducts regular biosecurity audits to ensure compliance on the biosecurity procedures.

3. Explores on processes, products, technologies and practices that may help improve the existing biosecurity procedures.

4. Provides biosecurity recommendations to further improve the farms' biosecurity procedures.

Inventory Monitoring

1. Checks inventory of veterinary stocks and ensures that stocks are sufficient all the time.

2. Ensures that veterinary stocks are available for use in the farms.

3. Ensures proper management of near expiry medicines and vaccines including other veterinary stocks to avoid or minimize expiring stocks.

4. Ensures proper implementation of biosecurity procedures for incoming stocks in the farms.

Coordination with Government Agencies

1. Prepares and signs veterinary documents, e.g. Pedigree Certificate, Veterinary Health Certificate, Vaccination Records, etc.

2. Prepares documents and facilitates the processes necessary to secure veterinary shipping documents and other veterinary certificates, permits or licenses.

3. Coordinates with relevant government agencies to ensure smooth and seamless transactions in the shipment of hogs. 

4. Represents the Pilmico Farms in veterinary-related activities and other concerns. 

Other Duties

1. Controls medication and other veterinary related costs and aims to reduce them whenever necessary.

2. Conducts training of farm personnel on animal diseases and symptoms and cascades updates on animal health. 

3. Facilitates creation, development, delivery and implementation of the Pilmico Farms training programs.

JOB SUMMARY:

The Meat Cutter is responsible for performing all meat cutting and or slaughter activities. He/ she is required to comply with all personnel safety, food safety, quality, and sanitation standards set by the company. The position is responsible for ensuring all products are cut and trim consistently and are produced according to the requirements of the customers. The position is also responsible for contributing to the food safety, quality, and productivity objectives of the plant.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Production Operation

1. Coordinates with Lead Butcher on the different meat cut products to be produced.

2. Ensures that all meat cut products and or slaughtered are done according to the requirement of the customers.

3. Ensures that all meat cut and or slaughtered products are properly labeled.

Quality Standards and Safety Management

1. Perform standard operating procedures in the process.

2. Ensures that all products are cut and trim consistently and efficiently within our quality standard.

3. Comply with all food safety, quality, and sanitation standards.

4. Make sure work stations are always clean and organized.

(2) Electrical Engineer Interns

• Provide support to the lead Electrical Engineers in tasks such as part and assembly drawing/design or classification, engineering analysis and test and support of proof-of-concept or final system testing.
• Work issues across electrical scopes
• Perform routine tasks under close supervision using well-defined standards and procedures.
• Support the development and documentation of standard procedures, design standardization, and engineering change notices.
• Use predetermined methods, sequences, and setups to perform job duties.
• SAP basic training and implementation

(1) Civil Engineer Intern

Fieldwork:

• Assisting in site surveys, inspections, and data collection
• Observing construction activities and quality control measures
• Documenting field observations and measurements

Office Work:

• Preparing engineering drawings, plans, and reports
• Assisting in the analysis of engineering data and calculations
• Learning to use engineering software and tools
• Researching industry standards and codes

Other Duties:

• Supporting project teams as needed
• Performing administrative tasks, such as filing and organizing documents
• Adhering to safety protocols and company policies

The Customer Account Analyst is responsible for managing the customers account from day one (1) account set-up to ordering payment cycle: ensuring accurate recording, analyzing, reporting and reconciliation of all accounts receivables. Including but not limited to, monitoring bank deposits, posting payments, and managing collections in adherence to operational standards, policies & internal controls in the daily execution of responsibilities. Additionally, they assist the credit management team with various administrative tasks. 

1. Timely collection of accounts receivables including withholding tax certificates by conducting daily review of collection worklist for prioritization, doing call-outs to customers and/or Sales Partners, and recording updates and/or promises to pay in the system.

2. Daily updating and deposit identification of credit management handled bank accounts. In case of unidentified deposits, timely communication to bank partners for additional information and closure.

3. Handling of daily collection deposits and returned checks management, as assigned. 

4. Timely releasing and escalation for approval of hold orders.

5. Accurate and timely recording of all entries affecting accounts receivable to ensure customer's statement of accounts are true and correct.

6. Regular communication of accounts for review on credit limit and term to Credit Team, Collection Supervisor, and Collection Manager.

7. Conduct regular customer visits.

8. Monitoring and procurement of supplies and equipment inventory of the credit management department, as assigned.

9. Provide Monthly AR Aging report to Collection Manager and Credit Management Head highlighting the Past Due accounts requiring resolution.

10. Accurate & timely submission of daily, monthly, quarterly and/or annual reports to internal & external parties, as assigned.

11. Ad-hoc responsibilities as assigned.

12. Participate and support in other required corporate programs such as ISO/HACCP, 5S, ISMS, Branding, etc.
