Reporting to the Shopkeeper, this Associate role's main responsibility is to ensure an enjoyable, convenient and successful shopping and buying experience that leads to increased sales and sustained long-term profitability. He/she also ensures satisfied customers, develop and execute sales steering and selling the IKEA way.

Your assignment

• You actively approach customers who you see require additional help. You identify their needs by asking the right questions and advise them on the best solutions for their homes in order to exceed their expectations;
• You ensure the shop is in excellent shape as new and fully and efficiently stocked with the four merchandising basics in place at all times and that the IKEA product range is presented in ways that inspire and satisfy customers;

JOB SUMMARY:

The Production Associate - Toll Mill is responsible for ensuring efficient toll mill production execution - from elevation, dosing, grinding, mixing, pelleting and bagging operations, by collaborating and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders of the toll mill business. He ensures that all stakeholders' activities, processes and outputs conform to the documented agreement.      

Planning & Production Execution:
1. Coordinates with Toll Mill Supervisor in reviewing toll mill volume allocation for production planning.
2. Ensures toll mill volumes are produced on time and according to customers' specifications.
3. Actively helps in finding solutions for customer concerns and distribution complaints.
4. Coordinates with the toll miller the sequence of raw materials to be elevated to minimize material run out based on Production line up.
5. Submit reports to the Toll Mill Supervisor and update stock cards for the raw materials received during the shift.
6. Coordinates with the toll miller regarding the type of product to be produced.
7. Check/review the formulation and make necessary adjustments in coordination with NITR personnel.
8. Ensures that all raw materials to be dosed are in accordance with the mixing guide provided by NITR.
9. Close coordination with the toll miller to ensure that sequences of batching are being followed based on the production schedule.
10. Checks all pelleting parameters and coordinates with the Toller for necessary adjustment based on product formulation.
11. Monitors and ensures the feeds being produced conforms with company standards in terms of quality such as pellet durability, color, size, and nutritional value
12. Validates dosing report provided by Toller per process order.
13. Provides and ensures required reports are correct and timely generated which is essential for production documentation.
14. Keeps historical and updated records of production/in-process results.

Process Order Management (ERP-SAP)
1. Timely process orders transactions - Goods Receiving (GR), Goods Issuance (GI), Confirmations and Technically Completion. 

Accountability:
Maintains the highest level of the product quality produced by the plant
Maintains confidentiality in terms of product formulation whether commercial, customized or experimental feed.

Food Safety:
Complies with quality, Halal, health and food safety policy, standards and regulations of the company.
Responsible for reporting problems related to Halal, food safety & quality management system to identified authorities.

Other Duties & Responsibilities:
Actively participate in all company programs and activities under quality improvement, safety & security, sustainability, corporate social responsibility,  risk management etc. 
Performs other related tasks as may be assigned by the Team Leader.

• Provide support and training to customers rebate submission process.
• Manage files, records, transactions and other office procedures and maintain audit trail.
• Ensure targets, measurements and service levels are met.

As an AP Analyst 1 - Invoice Processing, you will support the US entity in providing invoice processing services, account review reconciliation, verifying and invoice posting. You will be directly reporting to Accounts Payable Manager. You would be directly responsible for processing specific portfolio of vendor invoices and/or accounts. 

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Perform day to day financial transactions, including timely and accurate processing and validation of invoices. 

• Verify, investigate, and handle invoice discrepancies and invoices on hold for assigned entities and suppliers. 

• Handle and resolve inquiries from suppliers and stakeholders. 

• Work cross functionally to resolve any invoice/payment issues. 

• Review and reconcile supplier statement of accounts against company's records. 

• Prepare balance sheet reconciliation at month end for the assigned accounts. 

• Support continuous improvement initiatives and on-going projects. 

• Compliance to prescribed to company policies, accounting standard procedures and audit or SOX requirements. 

• Perform adhoc activities assigned.
