As an Quality Inspector, you’ll be reporting to Inspector Team Leader or Operations Manager and working as part of our Operations department. 4. Supervises and monitors the preparation of farm's CEAFs to ensure proper execution of farm's Opex and Capex budget.

5. Prepares and submits reports to immediate TL on project's and work request's update.

6. Prepares CEAF budget every year and ensures unit costs are within budget limit during execution of projects.

7. Supervises, monitors and evaluates the performance of direct subordinates.

8. Assists the Farm Manager in relieving section supervisors when they are on leave in monitoring and implementation of procedures and programs of the section.

9. Monitors the services of third party manpower service provider.

10. Participates in all company initiated programs and activities.

11. Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

1. Reviewing our tax filings in the USA including our Federal Corporate Income Tax filings and State Income Tax filings.
2. Meeting other compliance requirements including FinCEN filings and year-end filing requirements including the annual withholding tax returns.
3. Reviewing our payroll tax filings filed by our payroll outsourced provider for accuracy and timeliness.
4. Coming up with strategies that optimize our taxes.
5. Reviewing financial entries to ensure they are tax compliant and tax optimized.
6. Monitoring state sales tax requirements and ensuring our invoices have sales tax where needed.
7. Enrolling the company as needed for withholding tax, income tax, franchise tax and business tax in new state as and when needed.
8. Training other team members on tax matters.
9. Ensuring we are compliant for all tax filings needed in the United States of America.
10. Performing other related duties as necessary.

• The ideal candidates are responsible for selling the company's products immigration/migration/ study visa services) by identifying potential clients, educating prospects on products through calls, and online presentations through webinars, and providing existing customers with exceptional support.

• The ideal candidate will develop relationships with key accounts to maximize revenue and client retention. You act as a consultant by developing account strategies that provide the greatest opportunities to drive revenue.

Responsibilities

Summary:

• Managing and overseeing the daily operations of the department
• Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

• Establishing and enforcing proper accounting methods, policies, and procedures
• Providing recommendations and meeting financial accounting objectives

The IT Helpdesk Support will help to learn the business procedure of the company and to provide support to our staff. This position will directly report to the IT Helpdesk Leader.

Key responsibilities include:

• Study the company’s business system logic and procedures.
• Support our staff and clients in understanding the system, logic & procedure.
• Troubleshoot bugs in our systems reported by our staff.
• Get staff’s new-feature or improvement requests to the manager.
• Track system issues and make bug reports to the manager for bug analysis.
• Proactively monitor our systems and communicate within a multi-location infrastructure.
• Assist remote coworkers on local software, hardware, and network issues investigating and troubleshooting.
