About the team:

The Network Delivery Team provides managed IT services for FIS clients. The high caliber members are among the technology leaders within FIS, utilizing multiple technologies and vendors. What will you be doing:

• Performs device configurations, internal operating system upgrades and software upgrades and deploys network devices including routers, switches, and SD-WAN devices.

• Implements and manages SD-WAN solutions using VMware VeloCloud SD-WAN.

• Troubleshoots and resolves network issues related to SD-WAN deployments.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SD-WAN solutions with existing network infrastructure and applications.

• Provides technical support and guidance to team members on SD-WAN best practices.

• Follows documented network services processes and procedures – identifies gaps in processes or documentation and suggests improvements.

• Monitors, responds, and provides resolution for all network problem and incident tickets.
